Staff here needs more than 10 minutes to serve small orders like a coke or a vanilla cone. The ice was already melted, so obviously it stood there a while before someone served it. If you make your mobile order for table service they don't care. You always have to pick ... it up at the counter. To get into the washrooms staff needs to open it for you - same issue with being slow and not caring. Read more

I recently visited McDonald's, and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. The food quality was not up to par, as my fries were served cold and unappetizing. I was surprised to find that a well-known fast food chain like McDonald's could serve such substandard food. I ordered a QP meal, smoothie and a McDouble. There were no patties in my mcdouble. Only cheese and ketchup.

I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory visit to the McDonald's on Surrey's 120th Street. Not only did they forget to include my soft drink with the order, but the service was painfully slow. To make matters worse, the chicken nuggets seemed to be cooked in oil that had seen better ... days—leaving me questioning the overall hygiene standards. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s. And I’ve had some bad ones. This is the third time I’ve been here (in town for a kids hockey game) and each time it has taken more than forever to get my order. The ... second time I was there it took 27 minutes to get my food. They aren’t even that busy. There is a lot of standing around and I’ve noticed the food is made and not bagged and served. after waiting 12 minutes for fries I got them and they of course were stone cold. Not only that but they weren’t salted and fried in oil that should have been changed days ago. Gross. 🤮 do not go here at all costs. Trust me! Read more
