Freshslice Pizza - Surrey, British Columbia

The pizza in this store is terrible, dry and thin, and is sold after being heated in a microwave. It completely overturned my impression of Freshslice Pizza.

I ordered a custom pizza. It was cold and soggy and quite possibly the worst tasting pizza I have ever tasted. The canned mushrooms on top were an extra nice touch. I paid for unlimited toppings and it was thinner then a regualr hawaiian at a normal ... place. I ordered Barbecue wings. It was wings with a drizzle line of Barbecue Sauce. I ordered Brownies. The sloppiest undercooked slab of dough ever. Did not even bother to ensure at least some of it is cooked through. If you have new people, perhaps have someone experienced oversee them. If you're all new, good luck.

It was a great experience. I really enjoyed the Veggie pizza. It was generously topped with several items… baked to the perfection! The staff is well trained, friendly & service oriented. I was specially inspired with the guy Jaideep. He was very passionate with a great smile despite the fact ... that we changed our order twice. I LOOOOVE fresh slice, what the heck happened to this store? I got 2 pizzas, both burnt to a crisp, 0 crust, looks like slop, is as thinner than normal thin crust AND I DIDNT ORDER THIN CRUST!!!! Even the pizza in the warmers was burnt! Should have taken the ... hint… Not a single fresh slice has ever looked like this in years, I will never order from this specific restaurant again.
