Came in through the drive thru and my order gets messed up. They have asked the security guard to pass the orders instead of the employee. When the security guard messed up and passed it to a different car i went in and asked for my order. This is when the ... other person waiting came inside and said “this is not my order” while that coincidentally was my order the employee insisted that i take the opened package that was already in another persons vehicle. I ordered the 12 piece family with mash potatoes and gravy for $93 from Uber including tax and tip. The chicken was so greasy it was pooling on my plate. The mash potatoes were the cheapest instant and the container was small with half of gravy. I ... wouldn’t have ordered another gravy if I knew I would be getting half a cup of mash potatoes for 4 people. Seriously you should be ashamed charging that much. What a waste!! Read more

It's a huge upgrade from the old Church's Chicken. Many menus have also been added. The spiced chicken is deliciously spicy and the mashed potatoes and gravy are also delicious. If there's one disappointing thing, the honey biscuit is hard and the bottom is very tough. And there are a ... lot of drugged and homeless people around the building, so I'm scared to visit. The prices on the menu are strange. The price of an 8-pieces combo is more expensive than ordering two 4-pieces combos. Read more

I regularly go here or order chicken from here. Everything is ok! But this time, I was a bit disappointed because of the little uncooked chicken. I hope they can find a better way to check the fried chicken.

Nice service. The female staff was efficient. Welcomed me with a smile. Quickly she placed my order. When my order handing over to me, she gave me complimentary apple filling dessert. Really she does not need to do so, but I think she did ... the right thing. I ordered spicy wings, but I never felt spicy flavor from the fried chicken. Read more
