I visited Church's Chicken today for takeout and was very disappointed with the service. The staff were unprofessional and rude. The woman who took my order was passive-aggressive, making the interaction uncomfortable. Another customer politely asked to use the washroom multiple times, but was ignored until a cook rudely shouted, ... "I am busy, can't you see?" This is no way to treat customers. Whether the staff are overworked or need better training, it’s clear that improvements are necessary. My experience was far from satisfactory, and I hope management takes steps to address these issues. Read more

This is a joke. I used to love church chicken. But this store turns me away. I purchased a chicken burger and a three piece special to go. The chicken in the burger is dark, dry, hard and old(I kinda suspect that they used leftover chicken) and it literally cost ... $11. It can be better right? while my three piece special cost only $12. However, they even forgot to give us fries, so we drove back to the store and you should know what happened. I used to love Church's fried chicken until yesterday. This shop used to serve up good quality fried chicken, but today, it wasn't so good. I was really disappointed. Chicken pieces were really dark in color from god knows what kind of cooking oil they'd used. It was greasy and ... over cooked. I don't recommend it unless they do something about it. I’ve been going here for several years. In the last year, I don’t know what they’ve done, but the chicken has gone from very good to amazing.
