Went for a pickup, no doubt the food always tastes good but a cx came back within minutes of picking up the order who noticed the pizza was cold, owner abruptly asked “do you have oven at home?” To which she awkwardly replied “yes” which allready caught stares of 8-10 ... people standing there. Then the owner had the guts to say “you can see we are busy, you go home and heat it up, simple!” Also, this is an old incident, thought of ordering from them but I recalled this incident but never thought of posting a review as you can see despite low rating they still have stores full. I recently ordered from Gateway pizza and had a very disappointing experience. We specifically ordered a Paneer Sabji but to our shock, we found some pieces of chicken in it. This was not only an inconvenience but also a significant issue since some of us don't eat meat. The lack of ... attention to detail and poor customer service has left us frustrated and unsatisfied. Be careful while preparing food. I found this rock in my chole bhature. How can you not see this big piece while cooking? It broke part of my tooth. Stupid chef

We called to complain about food ( doesn’t taste good at all) garlic naan with loads of garlic on it. It was so hard to even digest it. The lady who was handling the call was so rude. I ordered pizza by looking menu and paneer was missing when i called them They said you did not mention i said well its on menu he said we make pizzas which are not in the menu you did not mention and we did not put i was in shock how ... are we customers are supposed to know that which things are out of menu isn’t it their responsibility to tell or ask customers.
