I visited last week. The large strawberry cheesecake blizzard had very small cheesecake chunks. The bottom 1/3 of the cup was just plain white ice cream without any strawberry flavouring. I will never go back to this location . Drive through cashier was literally throwing foods from windows .see the picture how I received my dip cones. Is that’s the standard. Is that’s DQ Quality.. I feel bed for Owner and Franchise. Your employees are destroying your Business . They ... need good Training how to handle food and respect customers. I went around 9:30 on 31st May 2024 . We ordered two chicken strip basket and a blizzard. The girl in drive thru argued with us over coupons/rewards. When we got to the window, sat for 5 minutes without answer, she didn’t greet us, and just took payment and handed the bag off like she was in a rush. ... We were the only car in the lot. When I got the blizzard, it was basically half empty and tasted like they blended whipped cream in the ice cream it was so airy. I frequently go to this location but this experience threw me off. July 2021: Great service, freshly cooked food served exactly how I asked for it to be. Washrooms were very clean! Overall a great experience! February 5 2022: my previous review was a five star, this from last year in July. Unfortunately our visit there yesterday, was the opposite as in terrible. This ... visit a two star, the service was not very good, we four of us chose to dine in at the restaurant, similar to what we did last year. The food order, could not come in a bag we had to carry the fries, the chicken strips the drinks to our table individually as no trays we're available. Bags were also unavailable, for use in the restaurant, they were however available for customers being served at the drive-thru. The food wasn't the usual a dairy Queen hot and freshly cooked. Instead it was warm, most likely from a heater instead of the opposite. While waiting for the Sundaes to be prepared, I felt bad for the customer, who is trying to explain to the girl at the cash that he couldn't read the name that was put on the birthday cake.
