They are scammers. They made me take a survey to give me free ice cream, but when I completed it, they said it did not work even though it did because they did not want to give me free ice cream. Do not do the survey they make you do ... it but then tell you it didn’t work so they can get free recognition, even though there is no reward. Do better! Read more

Just an awareness! DQ Answers to my cleanliness concern: DQC does not have requirements regarding wearing any type of gloves by employees during food production!!! It’s your choice. My observation for my apple juice wasn’t good today.

I had a terrible experience with service at this chain of dairy queen. I had ordered a mango pineapple smoothie and was made to wait 15 minutes while other people who ordered after me received their smoothies right after ordering. After those 15 minutes a staff member finally asked me ... what I was waiting for and I told her I had ordered a smoothie and that I had been waiting this whole time and I just want a refund after which another staff member basically threw my money at me and did not give me a proper apology.
