I wish I have read their reviews before going there. I have been to other Bhaia sweets (128 st and 152 st one), they are good that’s why thought of ordering from this location as I was nearby. Asked them for mild spice level and repeated that thrice to an unprofessional ... front counter attendant. However, food was very very spicy. When I called back to tell them that my order was made wrong, they said that that’s the only spice level they have for that item. Have I known that earlier I would have never ordered it. Also, they use red pepper. I strongly recommend people to think twice before ordering from them especially if you can’t tolerate spicy food. Waste of money and time. Read more

So we ordered manchurian from this restaurant on Tuesday and we got uncooked manchurian and we called the restaurant right afterwards! And we live far from the newton area so she told us if we want refund we have to come back right away and we decided not to get ... refund instead we’ll have manchurian and they said yes it was okay for them give us a complimentary machurian. And we live far and we called them today can we get our machurian for take out and the lady over phone was so rude, she told it was valid for only 24 hours.
