Please read completely for better understanding and be careful Today i had the pleasure of dining at Dragon Work, a Chinese restaurant located on 128 Street in Surrey. My experience there was quite remarkable, and I feel compelled to share it. Firstly, the food quality at Dragon Work is simply the best. ... Every dish I tried was a delightful blend of flavors and textures. The service was exceptional as well. A lady server attended to us, and she was incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient. Her warm demeanor and excellent service significantly enhanced our dining experience. Moreover, the prices at Dragon Work are very reasonable However, there was a downside to our visit. After the meal, I tried to express my gratitude to a staff member who appeared to be a manager or possibly the owner. He was a short, heavyset man with white skin and short hair, wearing a kitchen gown. Unfortunately, he was very disrespectful and arrogant, which was quite disappointing. Despite this negative interaction, I believe the quality of the food and the excellent service provided by the lady server merit a five-star rating for the restaurant. In summary, I highly recommend Dragon Work for its outstanding food and service. Just be cautious about interacting with the aforementioned staff member, as his attitude could be off-putting. I ordered the Manchurian fried rice ($14.50) and masala fish (~$17?) with medium rice. Both dishes were fresh and tasty. For the fried rice, which contains coated chicken portions, peas, carrots and lettuce, I wish there was a bit more veggies and meat. The Masala fish texture was good. Dragon Wok delivered an incredible dining experience tonight, and Vincent, our server, was outstanding. The atmosphere was cozy, and the menu offered a variety of tempting options. His expertise helped us select the perfect dishes, each bursting with flavor and I tried Chicken Hakka Noodles and Fried Rice was Delicious. ... The attention to detail in presentation was impressive. His attentive service made the evening even more enjoyable. Dragon Wok is our top favourite place for Chinese/Hakka food. Located within the Payal Business Centre. Offering fair pricing and a menu with a large selection of items. The food here is so good that usually the restaurant is full, so we haven’t had the chance to dine in. However ... the service has been fast so we have been ordering takeout out. Everyone at Dragon Wok has been friendly and every time we have ordered the food has had impressive flavours that keep us coming back. Last week, I ordered Spicy Chilli Garlic Eggplant with chicken and Chicken fried rice from this place for dinner. Tried the eggplant chicken appetizer for the first time, and it was super tasty. I highly recommend it! 😋
