This morning we went through the drive through to buy muffins, when I drove up to the window to pay - there were 3 employees acting goofy, being rude by making fun of us and laughing out loud while we were waiting for our order. Last Friday, I visited this Tim Horton location to pick up a pack of 50 Timbits for work. When I entered the store, I had to wait for 5 minutes to place my order as the staff seemed preoccupied with chatting and setting things up for the day. Despite ... this, I remained polite and requested an assorted pack of Timbits. However, when I arrived at work and opened the pack, the Timbits looked unappetizing and stale. Many of my coworkers were hesitant to eat them, and it was an embarrassing situation for me. I tried to pick out the bad ones with a spoon, but even then, the remaining Timbits didn't look great. Nice washroom … how clean is your kitchen and food prep? Why did I stop in again today … washroom worse than first time. Absolutely disgusting. Restaurants were never 👎 like this 20 years ago. You figure that one out. I passed on the coffee. Will never return.

I visited this Tim Hortons in Langley beside Fraser Hwy with three other families with kids. We had a wonderful time there. The place is clean and cozy, with a very good modern interior. The food is very good as usual, especially the coffee, sparkling ginger quencher, and donuts. The ... staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to spend quality time with friends and family. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because the parking lot is a bit small and crowded. So uhm I ordered on mobile and after waiting 20 mins, I went and asked where my order was. They hadn't started making it yet. So don't use mobile ordering here. To make it worse, the yogurt parfait I got had frozen fruit puree. Literally frozen solid. Like how hard would ... it have been to defrost it before putting it on top on the yogurt. 😭 Don't order yogurt here! Coffee was fine tho. Read more
