One of the ladies knows my order off heart so today I walked in and ordered my food.. Received my coffee and meal within 10 seconds of paying because she had a head start on it. Phenomenal service 👏

Start off with the people that I have had interactions with have been nice polite and quick but every time I go here there is at least one thing wrong with my order and I forget to check or am in the drive through and can't check right away. ... Today I went in and asked for 6 donuts 2 honeycrulers 2 Sour cream glased and 2 chocolate. She didn't hear the chocolate so repeat that to her those are right but then she gave me 2 plain and 2 honey donuts. It's annoying that every time I do go to this location they almost 100%of the time mess up an order. Again though the staff are friendly and polite just suck at getting an order right and I can understand being busy and rushed but even when it's not still something wrong. Pathetic service, Order cilantro lime veggies bowl. Got 50 grams of rice in it, it was half empty. Guys in there probably keep chugging on customer food. And they never wear gloves while handling food

Wish I could give 0 Stars went to the location and got tea when i when i took a sip noticed that there was a plastic glove in my tea. I called to make a complaint and they wont do anything about it other than replace my tea but I ... have to go back to the location.
