Worst exp. My recent visit was a complete disaster. The coffee was lukewarm and tasted stale, and the donut I ordered was clearly past its prime. The service was painfully slow even though there were only a few people in line. To make matters worse, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, ... as if they couldn't care less about providing decent service. The tables were dirty, and the entire place felt unkempt. I recently placed a mobile order at Tim Hortons and was surprised to find an extra 10-cent charge for the cup by this location when I went there to pickup my order for a mango quencher. While I understand the importance of sustainability and reducing waste, this charge wasn't clearly communicated ... during the ordering process. For a chain as well-known as Tim Hortons, better transparency about these additional fees would greatly improve the customer experience. The unexpected charge left a bit of a sour taste. Read more

New outlet coffee shop of the giant, nothing new, the same old beloved menu! Service was great! Great location and great ambiance! Parking is a hassle.

Tim Hortons next to the Fast Train Endstation King George. The food was good and the service very fast. We got everything we wanted in time. We where there at around 2 pm and there where not many people. I can recommend Tim Horton - good stuff there.
