I have give this place a number of chances, I will not be returning. They told me I would have to wait 10minutes for my order and I said okay. It has been over 30min now. I already paid otherwise I would have left. Other Tim Hortons are not this ... slow. This isn't my 1st experience like this, I came back after months, hoping it would have improved. No change! Very disappointing. Don't come to this location. Read more
Bottom barrel service. Horrible. My wife and I were driving back to the states and we wanted to try this place out. Ordered a vanilla latte and when I got to the window he told me their latte machine is broken. Nice to let me know ... that now. I shrugged that off and asked if I could just order a standard coffee and the worker got a major attitude and said “there is a really long line behind you, you need to keep moving.” Excuse me? I told him this wouldn’t have been an issue if I knew when I ordered your machine is broken, I just want a coffee. He started saying something unintelligible and I told him no thanks, at this point I don’t want to contribute a penny more to this franchise. We drove off discovering the order was wrong and they didn’t give us any straw for my wife’s lemonade. Read more
For many months, a friend and I have been popping in at 9:15 or so on Tuesday evenings for coffee and a snack after aquafit. (your page advertises late night food) we stand at the counter, often with other customers, almost every time, longer than 5 minutes, while ... staff do their their best not to notice us. Tonight i spoke up. "Hello, excuse me?" Well, we clearly interrupted her while she was wiping a machine. The " look"! I received was to kill, I don't know if they even realise their reaction but its obvious to us. Another lengthy time for our order while coffee was flowing out the window to the drive through. If you don't want walk in business $$ after 9 then lock the door. One lady did politely tell us you were closing in 10 so we moved over to the empty shared Wendy's section. Which we do all the time. Not much better there, the dirty looks and her dragging & banging of tables and chairs makes it impossible to talk. Really? Again, if you don't want business after 9pm just tell us by closing your doors at 9. We will be finding somewhere else to spend our money from now on. Spent just under $20. By the way, it looks like others have done the same. It's not nearly as busy in there as it was a year ago. Read more
Check your food before leaving drive thru! I ordered a chicken ranch wrap, and there was less than a table spoon of chicken for $8. After calling and speaking with hardeep, she was great about the situation and gave me a new proper wrap. It’s just disappointing to have to ... be so wary of ordering from the drive thru. Read more
Not unique to this location but the Tim Hortons franchise has gone downhill since the pandemic. No more plates. The least they could do for dine ins involving big orders is provide trays.
