They usually ran out of products. It’s continuously 3 times they didn’t have requested bagel. When we’ve asked how long it’ll take to make it they said it takes really long time. Very disappointing service.

Good customer service, attentive, pleasant and served the order correctly. The restaurant could use some deep cleaning and maintenance in the dining area. It's not just normal day to day cleaning needed, management needs to make cleaning a priority.
