What happened? I previously rated this place 5 stars, but after my latest visit, I have to adjust to 3 stars. I am going to be avoiding this location. Sadly, the product has really gone downhill since we first started going near the time of their opening in Guildford. On our latest ... visit, we ordered a mango Bing soo and were so disappointed by what we were served. A boring looking Bing soo, with scant amounts of mango and drizzle. Completely different from what we remembered! We went to Snowy Village in Guildford often when it first opened and always left feelimg satisfied and impressed with their Bing soo. Generous toppings and some wow factor to the presentation and a consistently good product were characteristic of Snowy Village. Unfortunately the current state of their product does not live up to previous standards and I've reluctantly adjusted my review and rating. Will be looking for another Bing soo place south of the Fraser River. Read more

They close a whole hour early. and its not because of the snow....every single other store in the same complex is open and people are buying normally. The city removed most snow since morning. They dont even put a notice on google maps or even at their door. And this ... is not the first time. i went last time were there wasnt even snow and the same thing happened again. Quiet as we went at dinner time on a rainy winter day 😅 Service was quick and accurate. The Mango and Injeolmi bingsoo were very good, a good amount of toppings outside and inside, and the owner provided small cups to share 😄 The Mango was sweet and not too ... soft, perfect for eating. Read more

Stumbled upon this shop and my first take at bimbsoo. And man thanks to the lord I tried it. It was mind-blowing and amazing. The bowls are large and the ambience quite clean. Just a single person managing the kitchen and service, given that it was pretty quick . As said ... by other reviewers the host did need a hospitality course😅 . He wasn't rude to us as such but a certain warmth we have become used to in places serving dessert was Missing. He was just like a regular petrol station attendant. Even didn't said anything when I asked for suggestions saying it was my first try at bimbsoo. Anyway , go for the food. That's why you are reading the review. Read more

We went Saturday, lucky it's not that busy because the place is quite small, clean though. It's a little bit pricey but the serving size is big. Well some of them are shareable but even the regular size is pretty big. I love the combination of the taste of the ... fruit and the shaved ice with milk. It's not overpowering the sweetness of the fruit. I can't say much of the customer service because it's almost just as come and go except they're fast. Well they're not rude to me but they really don't smile, at all... But I really love the dessert, so 5 star for now. Read more
