It used to be really good but I’m not sure what happened. The baristas are always changing probably because they are severely underpaid. They tend to make the drinks scorching hot which really ruins the taste of the espresso shot. If you are a coffee drinker, you know what I’m ... talking about. The baked goods taste a few days old. I used to love the chocolate chip cookie but the quality has gone downhill over the past few months. The baristas are not friendly at all, they act mean / carry a bit of attitude and have no customer service skills. They should ask for a tip after providing the service, not before. Pretty ridiculous. I hope management sees this and implements some changes. Read more

I love the hot chocolate here, but the only thing is, I only get 3/4 of my drink? I watched her dump atleast a quarter of the milk out after filling my cup? Why waste instead of give me a full drink? I ordered dark and milk chocolate fondue. The atmosphere was nice and the place was quite clean. Unfortunately I think the amount of food we got for what we ordered was very small for the price. It was overall an okay experience, but I really can't see myself ordering this again.
