I will not be coming back here. The website looked so promising, and to be fair, the play area was great. I loved that we were so close when we were sitting, and my daughter could play safely while in our view. The positive things, however, end there unfortunately. Many ... of the toys looked dirty, I'm not sure how often they clean this place. It was $9 for my one year old daughter to play for 2 hours, which is insanely high, and food prices are worse than an amusement park. We were one of two families there, the other of which didn't order more than a couple drinks, and it took over 30 mins to get two "large" (actually tiny for $10) milkshakes, and another 20 mins to get our "medium 10 inch" (actually less than 8 inches by the looks of it) pizza, which was $20!!!! The food wasn't even good, the crust on the pizza was so hard and chewy, my daughter couldn't eat it. On top of that, no outside food or drink is allowed, so we thought we would buy a PC organics pouch that was on display -- they are $1 each in the store, and we paid OVER $5 for one at this place!! I couldn't believe the price gouging. Even if costs are up everywhere, nowhere else is nearly this bad. We will find somewhere with better food, better service, and where our wallet isn't emptied for very little in return. I don't recommend this place, I won't be back. Read more
Met here with my family to visit and have lunch while our daughter played. I'll start with the positive, as I always want to give a fair review. The toys and play area were definitely a highlight. Our daughter had a blast and loved the selection of things to do. ... However, we had to pay $9 for two hours of play time so this brought it down too. This is where I need to talk about the negative. Prices were exorbitant for what you get. We ordered $9.95 milkshakes that ended up being fairly small. The $19.95 pizzas we ordered were also supposed to be medium 10 inch pizzas. They were not even 8 inches by the looks of it. A baby pouch that I can buy at Superstore for a dollar cost $5. To top it all off, it took over 45 minutes to get our pizzas and milkshakes. Do not recommend coming here unfortunately. Prices are too high and the service was subpar to non-existent. Read more
Please read all 1-star feedback before coming here: 1 star is actually too much for this place. Really bad experience. Terrible food. Extremely expensive (2 coffees and 1 5-days-old cookie = $28). The owner cannot care less about this place. There was a garbage bin with tenths of flies inside, ... extremely disgusting. If your are bringing your child here, the minimum they can do is to keep it clean. Read more
My toddler loves playing here but unfortunately I don’t want to come back. The drinks are extremely overpriced (see photo) my husband and I got a 16 oz latte to share as they are $8.95. It wasn’t very good - if you’re going to charge that much for a drink ... you’d better make it amazing. I didn’t want to bother about it with the lady working there as her English was poor and not very approachable at all. Others’ comments are accurate that she seems to always be coughing and not showing the best hygiene working with the food and drinks. But don’t worry if you forgot diapers and you’re in a bind - a sign in the bathroom said they have some there for you for $4.50 each. How kind of them! Way to take advantage of a parent in a tough situation. If the owners are reading this, you should know jacking prices up so much won’t be good for business as people just will stop coming. Plenty more actual affordable things to do. Money is tough right now but you need to be more creative than that. Read more
First experience at this location. The hostess Jasmine was very welcoming and makes a delicious Indian Chai!! My 4 year old daughter enjoyed riding the ride on toys and especially the indoor playground. We also ordered Tandoori Chicken Pizza which was very tasty. Will definitely come back!
