Burger was made well. Reminded me of a burger you get at a fair. A bit too much mustard. Fries cooked properly. Probably best fries I have had at a diner/fast food place Friendly service.

Depending on who’s working seems to effect the tables being cleaned. Veras app and online points system been broke for years now. Called franchise because they don’t respond to emails. And have now complained 2-3 times over a year plus between. Company doesn’t seem to care. Used to be a an ... amazing burger place but lack of standards. Burgers and fries are the quintessential North American meal. Vera's Burger Shack is a lower mainland based company that makes some of the best interest city. This location in Cloverdale is one of the nicer ones I have been too. The dining area is very open and there are large booths ... suitable for families. The burgers at Vera's are great. Homemade and not overcooked. I don't think their bun is as good as White Spot or Five guys, but they have fresh fixings and lots of choices. Don't get sticker shock at Vera's. The sides are very large, so usually at least two people can share a basket of fries or onion rings. Also look for the daily specials as a way to get a good price on one of their delicious specialty burgers! If you're a burger person, you need to try Vera's. Read more
