worst customer service. I got steamed rice and chicken, after one bite I felt rice tasted awful and uncooked. I told them about it and they behaved very rude and said they can't do anything. Very extremely rude. No manner AT ALL. Be prepare to do time attack when ordering or else the employee will yell at you. They don't have the vocabulary of "wait" for customers to decide.

Just got 2 orders for dinner TuesJan.18 4:15pm and it's a total let down. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Not only the prices have gone up the quality went down. Normally my hubby can finish it all but he can't even eat most of the noodles cuz he said ... it wasn't fresh tasting. the veggies in it were old brown soggy looking. The girl gave us the bottoms of the noodles of the pan eventho I told her I would wait and have the new batch but she insisted that it's enough for 2 orders and proceeded to pack my orders. It's not worth $25.05. We use to go there at least once a week and now I don't think I'll ever go back again. I had to like pick out the brown soggy veggies inside the noodles so much work and I just gave up after. Read more

Good food. Portion is plenty but the price is definitely still on the higher side. Would definitely visit this place every time i come to Guildford mall. Their bourbon chicken and bourbon pork is highly recommended and sought after. Give it a go!
