I totally agree with the previous comment... my gift cards were denied as well... there were two different waitresses that took my name and number and says that the manager would give me a call the next day to rectify the situation.... still waiting.. very disappointed... I was given the ... "new owner" excuse as well... shame on you... an establishment should honour past and present guest's cards... mine weren't very old gift cards either although I was told they don't expire never-the -less. Great local spot for arguably the best food and drink in town. Love the atmosphere in this place. From the design and layout, to karaoke going on up front. Topped off with staff who are top tier and super friendly and always asking if you need another beer! See you ... next time. Read more

Upon entering I was immediately greeted with a big smile from a worker letting me know I can take a seat anywhere. Though I wasn’t there to eat as I was asking if they could support me by having my chalkboard sign up for their customers. She responded by saying ... “Oh congratulations, feel free to have that sign anywhere!”. I thanked her and I wish I remembered her name. We loved it here! The food was delicious, lots of menu items to choose from and speedy kitchen and service. Sierra was delightful and provided an amazing experience. I’d highly recommend the Spud - Cajun fries, beef dip and house salad. The venue also includes craft beer, live music on ... Saturday’s, happy hour, and a beautiful outdoor patio. Excellent service from our waiter. The band was cool. The atmosphere of the mature adults and very few young adults was splendid. BUT - LOSS OF TWO STARS - because the bartenderesses (?) SUCKED. They couldn't even make a B52... sent it back 2 times. Drinks were weak all around... ... there were 8 of us at the table, and no one had a good bartender experience. The food was mediocre - no presentation, I guess it's a pub so why bother..? Overall, I will go back for the entertainment - definitely not for a drink. Read more
