It's actually an ok place if you can get a waitress to acknowledge you are there. Waited for 15 minutes and walked out. As we walked by a waitress, we asked if someone was working the section and she said yes but she was busy with another table. That was our ... first interaction with any one of the staff. Probably the worst service I've received at a restaurant/pub, or close to worst. The same blonde lady mentioned in other reviews was our server. Took ages to even get the menu, then ages for everything else. We barely had some appies and drinks before we had to go because they ... took so long. Wasn't even that busy. I get they may have been understaffed but server did not even acknowledge or apologize for the wait then proceeded to be quite rude and condescending throughout. Acted like we were inconveniencing her by making her do her job, which she did less the bare minimum of. There's better places around. Unless rude and slow service and below average food is your thing, I would pass. Read more

Pretty typical bar food. Nothing special. Got a good range of happy hour choices. I don’t think the waitress checked in enough with us. We went around 5pm so it wasn’t too busy yet either. But every time we ordered a drink it would take an additional 15 mins because ... the waitresses we noticed really love to chat to each other. We also were close to the kitchen and the food would pile up before the waitresses would finally notice and then bring it out. At least it was still very warm. Read more

I’m not sure what has happened since the new owners took over but the service is horrible. We’ve had the same older blonde waitress the last two times here and it takes 30+ minutes to even be acknowledged we’re here. Never mind trying to get served. Maybe they just need ... more staff but either way there’s better places around. Read more

As good as ever, love the cajun calamari, hope they don’t take it off new menu. Been going 5 yrs, always OK and nice atmosphere. Today was fabulous, the dry ribs were moist, the hamburger delicious and that steak sandwich was so tender i was able to bite ... through it. Onion rigs best I’ve ever had and fries always good.
