Oh boy. This place looks a little seedy from the outside but when you walk-in you'll be pleasantly surprised. After that, the experience ends. Noone greeted us. We did find our seats but the service and food was poor. The server ignored us (even after making ... eye contact), couldn't get any of the orders to the right people or even right tables!! Servers had the audacity to serve burnt food not only once but twice to the same table. They missed an order then got it wrong. Food was totally inconsistent or burnt. Great food, friendly staff. Pool table available and easily accessible, pull tabs available. Clean bathrooms and lots of parking. Pricing is reasonable for food and regular priced for drinks as any other pubs. However they have good specials everyday of the week.

Foods not bad and staff are very nice, but there are barely enough staff to handle all customers on some nights. Quite a few times I've seen only 1 waitstaff attempt to handle a least 5 different large groups of people alone, so it's difficult to get their attention for ... food/drinks/bill etc. as they are too busy trying to handle multiple groups at once. I was incredibly disappointed with my experience here. The food was good but the service was terrible. I went with a friend on a Saturday night the place was dead so my server should have been on top of our table asking if we wanted more drinks taking away empty ... plates and cups and she did none of that. The music was so loud we could hardly hear each other across the table. And my friend asked for a water that never showed up with my drink that we ordered at the same time.... we will never go back. Not bad. Decent food, fair price. The atmosphere is a little more on the grungy side and it has a bit of a low-quality dive sort of feel. There's a lot of shady people who frequent this place, so I wouldn't take your grandmother. Karaoke nights are fun and the ... DJ they have is very good. Nice clean and open dance floor with a very accessible parking lot. Read more
