Have to say I was craving the Great White North pizza. Usually comes perfectly baked the cheese is melted nicely which compliments the crust and sauce. Not the case today the crust was fine but the pizza wasn't cooked correctly the wasn't melted and the pizza lacked sauce. The patio ... was dirty and looked abandoned with a lack of sweeping. Very poor service, server Kristine very arrogant,brings water holding the top part where one drinks from, even though there is straw in it she still shouldn’t be holding the edges. The food was good that we ordered. There was no lemon served with salmon and we asked Christine brought 2 ... pieces one had nothing on it to squeeze. We asked for lemon and napkins. Four people with 2 napkins. Kristine put 2 pasta plates down on the table so loudly and turned around and left, not saying anything that I am bringing more stuff or enjoy , just dumped the plates loudly and left. It was my daughters birthday, the whole day went well starting from breakfast, lunch , spa day, gifts opening and than late dinner 11:30 pm which was our last activity but this lady ruined it. We called the lady who seated us since Kristine could not come as she said i have to take the other people’s order. I said so I wait for lemon she said 2 mins but she disappeared.It was more than 7 minutes I called the next lady and she said we are closing in an hour and she is busy but they were closing in 2 hours not one. The lady said we are short staff - this is no reason to bring water holding the top of the glass and dumping the plates so loudly. The manager on site was very nice and treated my daughter with a nice dessert treat to make her feel special and try to make her forget the awful incident. Had a great birthday dinner here! The server that escorted us to our table of seven was named Bruce and he was super nice. We ordered and our food came pretty quick. After that we got cheesecake for dessert and even though a birthday reward didn’t pop up in my ... email (for rewards), the server and manager still came out with a cheesecake with a candle on top. Our server (I think it was Gursimran) was amazing. Tried their Perogy Pizza and BBQ chicken pizza. Order came on time and the food tasted amazing. Just wish they gave complementary dips as I quite liked their Chipotle and ranch dips. Will be coming back for sure.
