So disappointed today as i waited for 20 minutes on my seat and no one came to me to take my order. I guess the manager here should take some charge and train your staff for customer service else let me know i can arrange some training to increase customer centric ... approach and they will learn how to attend customer. Boston Pizza in Surrey, stopped into watch the hockey game. It's conveniently located at the mall, so you won't have to go far. At the time it wasn't to busy at all lots of seats. Food is good. Hostess explained us the menu politely and patiently as we opted for vegeterian options. For the soup of the day, she even checked with kitchen if it had meat broth. Appreciate her pro actively checking on that and being respectful to our choice. Both the Mediterranean ... pizza and Cream Mushroom Spinach Baked Pasta were worth trying. Specially the pesto on the pizza was amazing. For Dessert we took Chocolate Brownie Addiction. It was too sweet to our taste. Taking off one star coz I think they could improve the ambience and menu. Chocolate explosion cake desert & Butter tart desert (on a scale of I-5, I will give it a 2 because it was too sweet for me, if you like really sweet stuff then this is for you) 5.
