I've been shopping at this Polish bakery for years. My wife is Polish so we enjoy going in and getting the bread, meets, and cheese. This is an authentic Polish deli. The women working here all speak Polish among themselves. It's hard to believe you're in Surrey. The sausages are gluten free, with no fillers. They are quite reasonable for the quality. I immediately snacked on the lyoner and salami as soon as I got ... to my car. The Polish weiners and frankfurters are really good. But barbecue frankfurter is really tasty. Try the slaska for something new and the liver sausage was so good. First time there I bought so much they gave me an extra pair of sausages. I boil them in a small amount of water and when it dries, put a few slices in the sausage to let them straighten out and cook evenly, spray with olive oil, then sear Yum! Read more

Everything polish! Their fresh breads are amazing and so are their frozen pierogis!! Expensive but worth the price for amazing quality. Lots of selection.

There sausages here are absolutely made with love, and some of the oldest smoking techniques in BC. Honestly everything here is fantastic.
