Had a wonderful dinner at Malaysian Hut with the family. I truly recommend this place, the food tastes delicious and great portions. The service is very good and they are very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is small but comfortable, enough space to gather with your family. You must have ... the mango rabbit dessert so delicious ( it's a special). Found this hole in the wall-ish eatery. The food served is authentic Malaysian food. The dishes are delicious and the flavours are spot on. The service is adequate too. The only complaint is the portion size. They are relatively tiny for $15-$16. Last mention - the only drink options are ... water and coke. Read more

Great little taste of Malaysia. The chef was quite accommodating to our party's needs as some has Gluten intolerances and adjusted a few of the items accordingly. Wonderful and delicious experience here!!!! Searched up best laksa in greater Vancouver and was pleasantly surprised that Surrey had this hidden gem! Had the Sarawak laksa, steamed Hainanese chicken and the Kuih Dadar! And the other meals being served looked just as delicious so I need to come back to ... try them! Irene is the owner and chef and her food is gorgeous. It's like stepping into your neighbour's home and being treated to fresh made on the spot meals. I love the chicken curry, it is the best in BC, trust me I have eaten a lot of places to ... explore Malaysian food and this is the beat so far.
