My mom and I had a fantastic experience at Chopsticks on Pho! The food was absolutely delicious. We tried the Bun Bo Hue along with a spicy seafood pho, and both were fresh and flavorful. What made our visit even more memorable was the warm hospitality of the owner, Lynn. She ... greeted us with a smile and made sure we felt right at home. To top it off, Lynn surprised us with complimentary Vietnamese iced coffee, which was the perfect refreshment on a hot day! The atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and inviting, and the service was amazing throughout our meal. It's clear that Lynn and her team care deeply about their customers and take pride in serving delicious food. I recently dined here over Canada Day long weekend with my boyfriend and was thoroughly impressed. The barbeque chicken vermicelli dish with an added fried egg was exceptional—tender, flavorful, and beautifully balanced with lemon grass flavour. The fusion of modern and traditional Vietnamese flavors was spot-on. Service was top-notch—friendly and attentive. ... The ambiance was cozy, stylish, and Zen-like creating a relaxing and peaceful dining experience. We were so touched by the beautifully written story of the owners posted on the wall, adding a personal and heart felt touch to our visit. We can’t help but also noticed that they are giving back to the community every year on their anniversary. We asked our server and was told that Chopsticks has been around for 12 years now! The restaurant is so clean and new so we thought it was just recently opened.. We can’t wait to visit again, but this time with friends and family, and will try the rest of the menu! Update: came back today with my boyfriend and a couple more friends and we order a tasting platter, the cold remedy chicken pho, the spicy beef Bun Bo Hue noodles, lychee Lime Drinks, amazing!!!
