Very nice owner. My son bought a sandwich but didn't realized that there is peanut sauce in it which he is mildly allergic for and didn't ask about it prior ordering. I so dig the Banh Mi here...the savoury liver pate',the spicy red chili's, salty beef, bright cilantro,cool cucumber and all hand made in-house piled high on a soft fresh French roll by a sweet humble lady with such culinary prowess and skill. #5 house special & #11 marinated pork. A bit stingy on the toppings, was neither good or bad. The marinated pork isn't what I expected, it does look like spam, but it isn't. I thought it'd be more like BBQ pork as there isn't that option on their menu. Their bread ... is a lot more chewy than I'm used to, would be nice if it were more crispy but I guess that's how it is here :). Read more

Not owned by the same owners of the Kingsway and Broadway location in Vancouver. You won't have the same experience at this place as you would in the Vancouver locations. The bread is not light and crunchy, but thick and fluffy - to each their own I guess. Two ... stars because the meat still tastes good. Read more

Was so happy that Surrey location was opened as I couldn’t reach the Vancouver before it closed. Very friendly lady helped me :).
