I ordered from this restaurant via uber on Sunday April 07, 2024, order #AAE23. My order was Veg Burger with Fries, Mattar Mushroom, Veg Pakora, Chaat and Veg Noodles. The food was not of very good quality. Veg burger was burnt from the bottom and had burning taste. Fries were ... cold and soggy. I cannot eat spicy food. So i specifically told them to not put any chillies, chilly powder or hot sauce in my noodles. I took noodles to work for my lunch. And when i eat them they were extremely spicy for my taste. Unwontedly i had to eat them because i had nothing else to eat and i was hungry. Later i experienced stomach burn because of these spicy noodles and had to take a half day off from work. Even after coming back from work i had discomfort throughout the day. Although i cannot eat spicy food but still i am ok after few hours, but what would have happen if someone is allergic and you give them spicy food even after specific instructions? It could prove fatal. Customer safety and satisfaction should be the first priority. Missing specific instructions is not very professional. Undoubtedly THE BEST vegetarian restaurant in British Columbia. They use no artificial flavours or taste enhancers. Food is made from absolutely top quality ingredients. Wait time was horrible. They don't even no to manage the time. The food was ok . Most of the orders were missing at the time of pick up. Please don't waste your time not worth the taste or time. There are definitely other best resturants then this.
