Finding a hair in my burger was revolting enough, but the owner's dismissive attitude and accusation of lying only added insult to injury. I truly can't give 5 stars as much as I would like to. There is an amazing blend of fresh in-house sauces to choose from. The burgers are made with a 3 meat blend, yes, but they're cooked ahead of time & kept in a warming box for serving. ... The one thing that truly bothered me was the fact that a microwave was used to melt my cheese onto a bun. This place has the potential to be great. Hopefully, they'll get rid of that microwave soon.
