Came in today and was helped by Aiden. He was friendly, helpful and gave extremely fast service. Everything was delicious, and served hot and fresh. Everything very fairly priced. My visit was nothing short of disappointing. Not only did the burger joint lack legitimacy in its operations, but the food hygiene was questionable. Finding a hair in my burger was revolting enough, but the owner's dismissive attitude and accusation of lying only added insult to injury. Warm greetings from both staff members upon entering this fine establishment. The order process is like Subway; they walk you through various components as you build the burger. I truly can't give 5 stars as much as I would like to. There is an amazing blend of fresh in-house sauces to choose from. The burgers are made with a 3 meat blend, yes, but they're cooked ahead of time & kept in a warming box for serving. ... The one thing that truly bothered me was the fact that a microwave was used to melt my cheese onto a bun. This place has the potential to be great. Hopefully, they'll get rid of that microwave soon. Little burger store in like hidden but really cool atmosphere. They give you 5 options of sauce to try before putting on your burger. Love location you should come by !!
