Used to order here time to time. Only place in the city where the app will work properly for app challenges (sadly, their US HQ doesn't care about Canada). The worst Starbucks ever experienced, one of the staff member was very rude, the tag said they were a supervisor. I mean i just ordered a coffee and the person spoke so rudely for no reason. I mean is this starbucks standards

Limited seating, aging furniture, needs some updating or refinishing. A wipe down with a wet cloth would go a long way in today’s atmosphere. Parking is terrible, very congested. Sharing with several other businesses. All products are way overpriced

The staff here are so so friendly! They always welcome you with a smile and will usually ask you how your day is going. Most of the drinks are delicious and made well. One slightly negative thing I have to say is the last couple of times I’ve ordered hot caramel ... macchiatos here they’re not good and taste different than they did a couple years ago. Maybe the recipe changed? They just taste…watery and not as flavourful as they use to be and I don’t think it’s fair to make the customer pay an extra charge for more caramel, syrup or coffee to make up for it.
