Houston Pizza – Normanview - Regina, Saskatchewan

Ordered online and they either dropped the order or forgot about it. ( was told they would call when ready) We called them after waiting over an hour. Went to go pick up, when we got home the pizza was burnt and wasn’t what we ordered for toppings. I ... did call and after waiting 35 min more they did replace the pizza. But I asked how they could pkg a burnt pizza and think it was ok? I got no reply. Considering how much was spent… The food is usually great but I’m not sure I would go back for awhile. Read more

Ordered on line . Got a chezze burger and fries. The cheeze burger was just that a burger with a piece of cheese on a bun. No nothing else. No mustared or lettuce or mayo . Or ketchup. Never again will I order from hustons pizza

Decent ! The pork souvlaki was a little fatty and over cooked, they Def changed their Greek dressing (which is disappointing) the Salad, fries, and toast were otherwise good. Decently priced , poor communication- ordered online and was told would be ready in 45 mins , never received ... any further notification, when picked up it had been sitting under the hot lamp for who knows long . We came in for lunch today and had an amazing experience. Madi was our server and her attention to detail and attitude were the best that we have had in a long time. Our drinks were never empty and she checked in on us multiple times. We will be coming ... back based on her service alone. Food was quick and really good. Everything was hot and tasty and didn’t feel like it sat under a heat lamp. Thanks for the great experience today. Read more

Normanview Houston pizza used to be my favourite place. However after tonight’s experience I will never order from them again. I am vegetarian.. ordered an all dressed veggie pizza and verified it with the staff member 3 times. When the pizza was delivered it was was an all ... dressed meat pizza . They even charged me an extra $12 for the extra veggies.. when we called to correct we were told that she confirmed that it was an all dressed pizza.. umm... no... then the manager said “ what do you want me to do about it??” We said send us a new pizza , the one we orders.. the pizza we got was a regular half cooked veggie pizza which I will not even try to consume.
