David's Tea seems to have little concern for the environment when it comes to their packaging, or the cost of shipping. We ordered approximately 300 grams of tea and it came as though it was someone's fine china - see photo. The box is 33cmx23cmx28cm and then there ... is ALL that green plastic that cannot be recycled. We sent them an email 2 weeks ago and got the token "thanks for your email" response but nothing else. In today's world you would think that company's such as David's Tea would be more concerned about the environment then their bottom line. We have been clients since they started selling in Canada, but no more. Everyone else should stop supporting them until they become environmentally conscious. Read more

I’ve never actually shopped in this store, and I didn’t catch her name, but the lady that was working at the Cornwall location on July 15th between 1pm and 2pm who has shorter pink hair seriously deserves a medal! My 3 year old daughter and I were walking in front of ... your store after getting her a slushy from DQ when she tripped and fell, sending her drink flying and spilling across the floor. Obviously she was very upset and crying when this associate from your store came out and talked with my daughter, giving her some stickers and a complimentary blueberry tea on ice! Like I said, we weren’t even in the store and your associate felt the need to go out of her way to make my little girl feel better, and she did just that!! That’s true customer service right there! I wish I would’ve gotten her name to thank her again, and I hope this message gets back to this kind lady and that she’s rewarded appropriately! :) Read more

They didn't have my chocolate chili tea but they will next week. Excellent customer service. The trans man there is a great help. They're always friendly and polite.

Absolutely enjoy coming here for my tea! Even when I'm sick, the atmosphere still makes me want to leave my house. Every time I order, for ex. I'll ask for something that would get rid of a hang over, or help me sleep, or subside a headache or fever. And ... it literally all begins from there. They pull down different bins of all kinds that smell like you could eat all its contents. The bins have labels for info on the different teas. The employees are such genuine help every time, I've never had a problem coming here. Read more
