When you manage to wait an hour in the drive trough, the food is ok. Maybe have some competitive salaries instead of overstressing a 16 years old kid.

Today, the service was erratic, two coffees,one hot sleeve, two donuts, one wrapped with tissue, one not..coffee good,coffee hot. Consistent erratic service with donuts sometime stale, sometimes fresh tasting. They would need to makes the Rims larger to hold more staff for the morning and lunch rushes. A lot of people from base stop there to eat and it's easy to wait 30 mins in the drive through to get a coffee. Maybe a coffee. I've been going here for a while now. And although the service is very professional and good I've never in my life waiting so long in a tim hortons for my morning bagel. On several occasions I waited more then 10 minutes only to be handed cold bagels.
