Restaurant Nguyen - Quebec City, Quebec

Bad service. The food I didn't like..the teens or young adults didn't seem to kniw what they were doing...badly made....very noisyy from all people talking at once.

Decent food. Not an authentic Vietnamese experience. Nevertheless, food tastes good, priced right.

We ate there during dinner time. First of all, the service was really slow. We waited a long time to give our order, even though the order for a table that arrived after us was taken before. The restaurant and parking lot were seriously lacking in maintenance. The handle of the ... women's toilet stayed in my hands as I turned it. The floor was very sticky. Cobwebs hung from the windows - which perhaps should be changed by the kind of condensation you could see there. The aquariums were green with algae, poor little fish. The restaurant has probably not been renovated since its opening (certainly more than 30 years ago). The food, Thai shrimp in my case, was quite tasty, the vegetables were fresh. The food is good, but nothing more. As for the atmosphere, it needs to be reviewed. No music and it was very cold. On the other hand, the staff were very friendly and smiling.

The food is really delicious. We hadn't been there for a few years but decided to go back on a whim while passing by and we weren't disappointed. Menu #2 for 2 people with the chicken and shrimp vermicelli nest is truly succulent. No need to order for children. We ... had enough for 4 and even took leftovers home.
