Brasserie la Korrigane - Quebec City, Quebec

We visited as the last stop on a beer tour. Solid lineup of beers. Fries were great (comparable to ones we've had in Belgium)! Poutine was decent. We also had a smoked meat fritter, I can't recall their name, but they were delicious.

Bretzel was a bit disappointing (its multigrain bread) and a quarter of my beer was foam. Otherwise the beer itself was good and service was great.

Had a lovely lunch at Korrigane! We got the croquettas and cheese platter. Both were yummy and plated nicely. The beer we sampled was nice too. We loved our experience here! We visited Saturday 02/24/2024. The bartender working was attentive, kind and made great recommendations. He was there when we needed him, but not overbearing. It was probably our favorite food that we ate during our visit to QC. We ordered the kimchi quail eggs and ... the Korrigane’s platter (despite being a little wary of the fish items). We loved both! It made for a nice snacking lunch that left us satisfied, but not too stuffed. We also really enjoyed our beers - particularly Pimbina! Such a nice refreshing sour beer. OMG and the beer donut! It was so good, I’m still thinking about it almost a week later. I wish we had grabbed two instead of one to share. We both agreed that if we had been staying in QC for longer, we definitely would have returned to try more beers and food. Don’t hesitate to visit! Read more

Great venue for events and friendly staff. I’d stay away from the saumon tartare though… does not taste like salmon or tartare… poutines are below Québec average too unfortunately 😔 The wings are very good, go for that! *food here are on the lighter side when it comes to seasonings, depending on personal ... preference, can be a strength or weakness.
