Use the same gloves for salmon and vegetarian meals. When an error occurs in the preparation of the meal, they wipe the rice with a utility towel.

I stopped by to order a poke bowl on site as usual. There were only 3 with spicy salmon, knowing that I don't tolerate sriracha so I asked for one without it, the person refused and told me no: not for the moment. Even though there were no customers.
