On June 28, 2024 we decide to order sushi by phone at 7:30 p.m. we ask for the combo K and Azure plus a dragon eyes… very disappointed I arrive home the sushi for my partner the avocados were black… we called back to ask to have another prepared, we ... are told that no, she does not have the right… and that she cannot make a refund!!! I show up on site, I speak with the manager on the phone, she tells me I can't make the exchange, we don't have the rights, the first time someone has told me that in the catering industry 😯 she ended up telling me give another combo K because there is no question of leaving without refunding or without a new tray the manager is not happy because I tell her thank you for doing your customer service well and also tells me no the customer is not always right… Dear office manager we want a refund for our order and we ask you to review with your employees better customer service when you pay $82 for sushi sorry but we expect good service Read more

What a desappointment! $125 order of nigiri that doesn't look like nigiri, 2 salmon maki like that I've never seen that. An inedible SPHYNX o-nigiri. Sticky, wet rice. I will never go there again and I do not recommend it. There was no manager on site.

I ordered DD from them and they got my order wrong. I received white rice instead of brown, and sesame sauce instead of spicy light mayo.

Decent sushi quality ... good price ... stopped for lunch and was satisfied with service.
