Pacini - Quebec City, Quebec

We were a group, the food came at different times, some people rated cold food. We asked for a pizza on the menu and they delivered something different. We had to argue with the waitress to get our food properly delivered. The bread was very good.

We visited this place on Lebourgneuf September 2022. To recap: The food (breakfast) was great, not a busy morning and during the week may I add. But the service was pathetic. I promised I would not return. Well, we did for a birthday. Again food and atmosphere really good and ... again the service not up to par. Our male server this time was not the best but better than the young girl before. Today at lunch the owner needs to have a chat with Linda if he wants to keep his customers. Her attitude sucks and we felt like we were bothering her, even I asked for information. If you don’t like your job, stay home or get another one where you don’t have to deal with the public. Good food! I just think they could've put a little bit of more sauce. Overall it was really good and the service was quick

Not enough staff to cover customers. Waited around 90 minutes between time we arrived and when we were served. Manager wasn’t helpful when he came to see us afterwards. Cannot recommend going.

The first time I went to Pacini was in chicoutimi. I desperately wanted to go back ever since. This time in Quebec city did not want to miss the chance Our toddler was with us and honestly the service was fabulous. Our waiter NICHOLAS was amazing and took care of every little detail.
