It's a large restaurant but with quick service. The food was good and the proportions were fine. We went for a late breakfast and did not require a reservation.

Absolutely delicious dinner! The onion soup is very unique and also the best I’ve ever had. We also had the chicken and the beef cheeks. The beef cheeks were amazing. Servers are very friendly and attentive!

This was my second time dinning at bistro boreal, as always incredible food and service. Every single dish was perfectly executed. The products were of high quality. Our server did an excellent job. This is my all time favourite Quebec restaurant.

Such a lovely experience for our anniversary dinner while in Quebec. I appreciate the staff asking if we preferred French or English to accommodate us. The setting was beautiful and the food was delicious. We greatly enjoyed the onion soup, beef cheek, and flat iron steak.

The service is noticeably high end and attentive. The food was good. Some plates better than others. The mushroom dish was very creative and special.
