Sushi taxi - Quebec City, Quebec

I enjoyed a few of the things in the order it wasn’t all bad, but the salmon/tuna pâté is terrible, they seem to tartare all their salmon and tuna in everything. Rolls, a side with chips, etc. The consistency becomes absurdly mushy when you do this and it’s kinda disappointing because ... half the enjoyment of full pieces of sushi and tuna is the consistency/mouthfeel, this is destroyed when you blend it into wet mush. If you are going to blend all your salmon and tuna you should lower your prices, overall disappointed with how expensive this was and how dissatisfied it left us. Read more

I love most of the Sushi taxi's but some are definitely better than others and this is one of my favourite spots yet. I went on a Sunday to get the Sunday special. Everything was fresh, tasteful and although the price was cheap nothing tasted cheap, actually far from it. ... The presentation was on point and service was excellent and worrlth driving the extra distance to come here. The only thing is that this place is a little cramped but I prefer the word cozy. Great sushi, every month a different formula for their "shogun" dish. The soup (entrée) is also great. If only their beer menu had a few more options...
