The staff are incredibly efficient and bilingual. Lovely place to take a break after touring around the city.

This store was bustling and crowded for its location. But the service is fast. One thing must be reminded of the visitors to this store who weren’t participating in the Starbucks Rewards.

Located near the North East corner of the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac with inside access from the hotel as well as outside from Dufferin Terrace. Inside sitting area just off the entry within the hotel. Standard menu items common to other franchise locations. Staff were professional, friendly and bilingual. Convenient spot to have coffee, strong wifi connection 👍 bit busy but the barista works really fast. Dont get surprise because the price is more expensive than other location 🙃

Expensive than other starbuks in the town due to their location. Very busy and usually 10-15min wait on queue. Staff is really courteous and cool despite of such high volume of customers whole day. Ample of space to sit bit still not enough for the crowd around here.
