Staff were friendly enough, but food was below par. ordered Fish and chips, which was way overcooked. My companion enjoyed hers though, so maybe just avoid the fish and chips. Cool pub feel to it and the service was really great, but the food was a downer. My partner and I ordered two classic burgers with some coffee. The burger patty itself didn't taste like much for the amount of meat it had, could've used some more salt and pepper ... or other seasoning, but the produce was fresh (tomatoes and lettuce). The fries were awful, they were all the length of half my pinky finger as if it came from the bottom of a frozen bag. Wasn't too happy about that. Read more

A family and friendly place, there is not another pub like this one in Quebèc Ville

We went for the poutine week, so the food was very standard and was OK. Ambient is kind of confusing and old style, not my style. Beer selection is amazing, however lying about the size of the glass is a no no, which makes you loose 3 stars: the pint ... is considerably smaller than the average bar. Staff is OK, could be nicer.
