The pictures on the website and google do not reflect the food served. I would give this negative stars if I could. I would not call this Canadian Chinese food. If you want this type of Canadian Chinese food go to Mandarin in Ontario...it is 100% better. ... Those Chinese people who rated this restaurant as good should be ashamed to be called Chinese. The noodles were all starchy and stuck together indicating it had been sitting there for hours. There were absolutely no stir fry vegetables that weren’t old or over cooked. The highlight for fresh vegetables were 5 cherry tomatoes that I scooped up in the minimal cold salad section. I would not dare touch the sushi due to the fear of getting sick. When I thought things couldn’t get worse I ventured to the dessert table. There was a cake that was supposed to resemble strawberry shortcake but it was simply a slab of sponge cake with red sauce on top of it. There were chocolate cream pies that looked like the pie that was served in the movie “THE HELP”. The ice cream tasted like play doh and did not melt during the entire time we were at the restaurant. Finally... it deeply worries me that the restaurant was fairly busy and the other patrons were actually enjoying this caliber of food. I am saddened to know that these people enjoyed it because they have not been exposed to anything better. My advice to everyone considering this restaurant is to take a look around at the food before you are seated! Read more
