The best of Quebec city restaurants that we got to try. Starting from the entrance to the exit and in between it was an excellent experience. The food is delicious as we tried the tasting menu. Service was quick and pleasant. Cocktails were great and they tweaked it according to my ... liking. All the dishes in the tasting menu were great and fresh. The presentation was very good and explained properly in a good manner. The place is slightly outside the main town area, but the walk is very pleasant. A restaurant worth visiting again. Absolute perfection from start to finish, we opted for the tasting menu (great value at $110 for 6 courses) and purchased a bottle of wine to match all of the dishes. The staff were all very professional and had no issues conversing with us in English. Our only comment on ... the evening was that we wished there was a cheese course but that’s a minor thing and I would recommend this place to visitors and locals. Read more

We had such a great experience here. We were very self conscious about not speaking French but all the staff were friendly and accommodating. We sat at the bar and the bartender Max was so fun and knowledgeable about all the drinks and dishes. He went out of his way ... to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our experience. The food was delicious and I thought the prices were reasonable for the courses and wine pairing. We really enjoyed it here and would definitely come back if we're in the area again. Read more

My family tried this restaurant having never heard of it before. I tried the chef's course since I had always wanted to try a pre-planned menu and they altered all the appropriate dishes to match my dietary needs without changing the course too much. Food ingredients are local but, all the dishes are internatinally inspired. Presentation is beautiful. Reminded me of artistic Japanese Kaiseki presentation. Must go for prestige wine pairing if possible. I enjoyed every dish and worth the price.
