Burger King - Quebec City, Quebec

Couldn't use the offers, BK Canada didn't let me sign up since I, as a tourist, Don't have CAN zipcode.. Not gonna pay 2x for same meal...

The service was average but the place needs more cleaning and renovation. The floors were dirty.

Prices are insanely good. Food quality is very good Quantity is incredibly good Service, for the drive through at least is poor as hell, I'm currently writing this as its been 5 minutes I'm waiting at the speaker where I've been told to wait...

It has great food, but it kinda took a long time for the food to arrive. And the food got all mixed up, the fries were extremely salty, and the medium fries looked like the small ones. But other than that the burger is amazing.

I always have loved Burger King food. Taste is amazing. However, there is no active costumer service. You can be stading inside the restaurant for 15-20 minutes and nobody takes your order. You are an invisible person for them. After someone realizes you are inside the restaurant expecting to eat, ... you have time to watch all the Harry Potter movies while waiting for your order. Food is great, prizes are competitive but the service is deficient. Is sad to see Bruger King in this situation. Read more
