What an amazing time staying at this hotel. The service was impeccable, the rooms were well cleaned and modern, and the breakfast and bar was excellent. HUGE shout out to Mauricio the W Insider. He took care of everything my group needed, and was available 24/7 with any and all ... questions. He helped me work through the perfect itinerary for my trip, and helped coordinate the weekend down to the last detail. Could not have asked for a better host. We stayed at the W over the weekend and loved our stay. The location could not have been better for walking to Montreal’s best attractions. You can even access the Metro from the elevator, which is really handy if the weather does not cooperate. The staff was extremely accommodating, with a ... special shoutout to Mauricio, the W Insider, who went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and at home. Every small matter was resolved within minutes—I can’t compliment the service enough! The hotel itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, a nice change of pace from the standard ”luxury” hotels that were built 60 years ago. Also of note was the restaurant, which has a modern and creative take on Italian classics. We had 4 separate meals during our stay and it did not disappoint. All in all, I could not recommend the W enough for travelers from all walks of life. Stayed at the W Montreal for a conference a few weeks ago and had a wonderful time! A week or so prior to my trip, Maruricio (W Insider) reached out about my stay. He provided me with great recommendations around the city and put a note for early check in when I ... mentioned my arrival time. With my status, I elected for the breakfast option and Daniel at TSP was always there to greet me! He reserved a larger table so I could check email on my laptop and eat breakfast before starting my day. The hallways were quiet and the room was very comfortable. All the staff I interacted with were very hospitable and kind. I was lucky enough to get upgraded to a Fantastic Suite and it was amazing. The space was laid out well where I could utilize the desk for work emails while watching TV and then flip the TV so I could then watch in bed. The space design was very thought out. Hotel room amenities were nice and well stocked! I am looking forward to another stay at W Montreal! Read more
