YOU NEED TO GO HERE IF YOU ARE VISITING MONTREAL CHINATOWN!!! We got the bahn xeo (which ive been looking for everywhere in queens ny to no avail) and it was super thin and crispy. It wasnt soggy like the ones i tried making at home and they even add ... thin pieces of chicken within the crispy skin and you wouldnt have known it was there unless you looked carefully which was interesting. We also got the chao tom which is sugarcane wrapped with shrimp paste and all of it is grilled to perfection. Alongside both of these dishes were an extra generous amount of lettuce to wrap the bahn xeo or chao tom, herbs, mint, cucumber, carrot, peanut sauce and rice paper to make wraps with the chao tom. I absolutely loved chewing on the sugarcane after I finished eating the shrimp paste. I had to practically beg my family to eat here instead of My Canh across the street because I knew that even though this place was basically in a basement, the food here would be bomb and I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. the waitress is rlly cute too and the other waiter is very nice and can help you with any questions. Very authentic Vietnamese restaurant with many different noodle soups and dishes! The servers speak Cantonese, Vietnamese, English and French, and they are very quick and attentive. The restaurant is located in a basement, and though it’s not a fancy interior, the tables are very clean and set up with the ... classic hoisin and siracha, plus a second very spicy sauce. Complimentary tea is served once seated. I’ve been several times, and definitely recommend coming. The pho is well balanced and savoury, the bun bo hue is spicy and has a pleasant funky flavour from shrimp paste. The noodle soups are served with the proper accompaniments (ex. cabbage for bun bo hue). I also really enjoyed the banh canh cua and the tapioca noodles they used were the perfect texture. The banh xeo is light and crispy and the fish sauce they serve with it is saltier, which I much prefer over the overly diluted and sweet fish sauce elsewhere. Food came out quickly, was hot and tasty. Tea was complimentary and unlimited. Service was attentive and place was clean. Restaurant was in basement and decor was fairly basic but definitely worth the visit. Four people ate for $80 including tip.

Great Pho restaurant. It's quiet and spacious, the lighting looks a bit like a cafeteria, but the food and service is great. They offer tea before your meal which is awesome. It's also clean. I would recommend this restaurant if you want Pho over the two others that are in the same ... area. One downside though, they don't take credit cards. Debit and cash only. Read more

I have tried many Vietnamese restaurants but this is the first time I’ve been here. They have more speciality options, and the foods were all good. We went a little bit late but they still served us, the staffs were nice.
