My low rating is to reflect this is an economy-family restaurant. Great place to dine with family and friends for a tasty simple Vietnamese meal. The service is very kind and attentive but the ambiance is a little plain.
The food is phenomenal. Love the peanut butter chicken and ravioli. The soups are large, healthy and very filling

I love Chez Lien, I celebrated 2 of my birthdays there and I have taken my friends for dinner in several occasions. The service has always been great. The guy is very kind and that is unbeatable, the food is pretty good, pretty affordable and also BYOW. What more ... can you ask? I recall once, the music was a bit depressing but that had a solution. I kindly asked the guy to change it for something happier and he did, no complains. He took my suggestions and we were all happy. Thank you and I plan on going back next week. Read more
